Realisation: 1999 - 2001
A modern villa on the Costa Brava Golf development. Difficult plot, with some granite bedrock. Excellent location. Intensive communication with the architect, builders and local authorities. Magnificent swimming pool carved out of solid rock, plus terrace.
Complex project because so many specialists involved. Careful control of costs and timescales.
