A smaller property with 400m2 of surface area. Highly functional and efficient layout. Sophisticated design increases the sense of space. Both living room and kitchen have a metal roof with highly contemporary and durable properties.
Perfect harmony with a swimming pool and terraces on different levels. A project that required strict time management.
